John E. "Ed" O'Sullivan, Principal

Ed O'Sullivan is a registered architect with over thirty-years of experience in architectural planning, design documents and construction administration of building projects. He was the manager of the architectural department of a large multi-discipline consulting firm in Greenville, SC for seventeen years. At this position, Ed gained experience working with domestic and foreign clients. He was responsible for design of industrial projects all across United States and in other countries.

He is now Founder, Owner, and President of Architectural Design Center, Inc. (ADC). Today, he is responsible for project management of design projects and the day-to-day operations of the design firm. Ed’s experience covers the full spectrum of architectural design projects including, corporate offices, industrial, utility, commercial, municipal, fire stations, institutional, medical, athletic, religious, single and multi-family residential.

As part of the industrial experience, Ed has gained considerable experience in manufacturing process that process or store hazardous materials. He also has considerable experience in other specialized sectors of the industrial markets including foods, pharmaceuticals, health care, nuclear and hydrocarbon fuel products, electronic components, wood products, general warehousing, tire production, and product distribution centers. During his years of experience, Ed has developed project management skills, including using the Design/Build and Design/Bid delivery methods, to help clients realize a successful construction project.

Whatever design challenges may rise on a building project can be solved with Ed’s knowledge of building codes, construction methods and materials, and wide range of past projects.
